Although we will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may need to return merchandise. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your order within 10 days of purchase and we will authorize a refund.

No Refunds are issued for Personalized, engraved, used/damaged items, edible products, Jars/stickers, Hang Tags and shipping. Partial returns are not accepted, The same number of pieces ordered must be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all valid returns.
